Resume AI uses OpenAI's GPT-5 model through the OpenAI API for all of its AI-powered functionalities.
The AI model is used to process user requests and provide features such as resume generation, resume improvement, career-related content generation, analysis, recommendations, and other AI-powered functionality available through the Service.
The underlying AI model, version, capabilities, availability, or technical implementation may be updated, replaced, or modified from time to time where necessary to maintain, improve, or support the Service.
Resume AI uses artificial intelligence to generate, analyze, improve, and provide recommendations regarding resumes, cover letters, professional profiles, career-related content, and other user requests.
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information.
Users should review and verify AI-generated content before using it in employment applications, professional communications, or other important activities.
Resume AI does not guarantee that AI-generated content will result in employment, interviews, or any particular career outcome.
To provide AI functionality, information submitted by users may be processed by our AI technology provider.
When a user submits a prompt, resume, cover letter, professional profile, document, or other content for AI processing, the information necessary to process the request may be securely transmitted to OpenAI through the OpenAI API.
This processing is necessary to generate the AI response or functionality requested by the user.

Unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date, a subscription may automatically renew under the applicable subscription terms.
Users may cancel their subscription through the applicable unsubscribe or cancellation mechanism.

Subscriptions are activated after successful payment confirmation.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated for a particular offer, payments are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has been initiated due to applicable payment gateway and transaction processing costs.
If you cancel your subscription, you may continue to use the applicable premium features until the end of the current paid subscription period.
No further recurring charges will be made after successful cancellation.

Where third-party service providers are used to deliver our own communications or measure campaign performance, they process information on our behalf and are not authorized to independently use your private user content for their own marketing purposes.

You retain rights to content you submit to the Service to the extent permitted by applicable law, subject to the rights necessary for us and our service providers to process such content and provide the Service.
Resume AI may use or integrate with third-party services, including OpenAI, payment providers, analytics providers, cloud infrastructure providers, and other technology providers.

RESUME AI AND THE UNDERLYING AI TECHNOLOGY ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties that the Service or AI-generated content will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, complete, reliable, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.
AI-generated resume or career content should be reviewed by the user before use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nagorik Technologies Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Resume AI or reliance on AI-generated content.
We do not guarantee employment, interviews, job offers, career advancement, or any particular result from using the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access to Resume AI if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or where termination is reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, or Company.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may modify, update, add, or remove features of Resume AI, including AI functionality, from time to time.
